Iron Railings Built to Your Measurements

Stair railings, balcony rails, porch rails — measured at your property and built in the shop. No stock sizes, no catalog. Every railing fits because it was made for your stairs.

Railings for stairs, balconies, and porches

Every staircase is different. Every balcony is a different length. That's why railings can't come off a shelf — they have to be measured where they go.

Arturo comes out and measures it himself. Rise, run, angle, mounting points, how long the balcony span is. Then we weld the frame, pickets, and handrail in our San Jose shop, powder coat the whole piece, and bring it to you ready to mount.

Ornamental scrollwork, clean vertical pickets, cable infill, or glass panels — whatever fits your home.

What we build

Stair railings

Interior or exterior, straight run or curved. We measure the rise and run of your actual stairs and build the railing to follow them exactly.

Balcony railings

For decks, balconies, and upper floors. Built to the right height and length with the look you want — ornamental pickets, clean lines, or cable.

Cable & glass railings

Steel posts with horizontal cables or glass panels. Modern, clean, and the view stays open. The frame is still welded and powder coated in our shop.

Built in the shop, not on site

Every weld happens in our shop, not on your stairs. That's how every surface gets a full powder coat and every joint gets inspected before the railing leaves the building.

We measure on site, build in the shop, and deliver a railing that fits the first time. Mounting brackets and post bases are included.

How we build your railing

We measure at your property, build in the shop, and bring it to you.

1

Measure

We come to your property, measure the stair run, balcony length, or porch span, and note mounting points and code requirements.

2

Design

You pick the style — ornamental pickets, cable infill, glass panels, or clean vertical lines — and powder coat color.

3

Fabricate

The railing gets welded in our San Jose shop to your exact dimensions and powder coated before it leaves the building.

4

Deliver

We bring the finished railing to your property, ready to mount on your posts.

Iron railing questions

Do you measure on site before building?

Always. Arturo measures on site before anything gets built. We double-check dimensions in the shop before welding starts.

Can you build railings for curved or angled stairs?

Yes. We measure the exact rise, run, and angle of your stairs and build the railing to follow the curve or slope.

Do you build cable or glass panel railings?

Yes. We weld steel frames with horizontal cable or glass panel infill. The frame gets a full powder coat in our shop.

Can you powder coat in colors other than black?

Matte black is what most people pick. We've got other colors too — we'll show you samples when you're picking a style.

How long does a custom railing take?

Most railings take two to three weeks from measurement to delivery. Depends on complexity and what's already in the shop. We'll give you a timeline when we quote.
